OUR APPROACH

WorkWell is a major, long-term program of research designed to understand and support the wellbeing of helping and care giving professionals. We study international development workers, global health professionals, educators, clergy, and other care-giving professions. As part of our on-going research project we have gathered surveys from thousands of individuals and conducted lifenarrative interviews with several hundred humanitarian workers in the field. We are gathering daily life information from care givers to learn more about how work life unfolds day-by-day.
